You, know I knew I would lose weight when I went 100%, but I never dreamed that it would make me feel so good. I used to not be able to wrap my fingers around my wrist and now I can. My arms are leaner and feminie. My face youthful and vibrant. My neck is slender. Now my legs are starting to show a bigger difference and so is my tummy. My toosh is no longer two watermelons, now it's more like to small canteloups. Wow, this feels sooooo good!
Anyone else???

Oh I LOVE that, the way you put it. That's awesome. :)
This is the way I'm going to think of it, too. There is a slim, gorgeous, vibrant person inside me that others can't see but I KNOW is there.
Thanks for the way you put that. :)

Beautifully said! I lost some weight when I started on raw foods two months ago, it dropped off just like that. I've always been normal, slender some people would say, so in the beginning some people worried that I'd become too thin. But actually I have to say, that weight was excess weight because how I'm looking and feeling now, seems more normal to me (I didn't have problems with my appearance before, but you probably know what I mean) and anyways, nowadays it is stable. If I'd drop more, I really wouldn't see that as natural and keep an eye on it.
I never weigh myself, because I don't see the need for it, but my sister commented the other day: 'You must be weighing 47 or 48 kilos by now. But it looks good and natural on you, like you are supposed to be this way.' I'm not that big, 1.63 m or so, but even I just got scared for a minute there when she said '47 or 48', because my usual weight is around 53 or so. And you know how something above 50 and under 50 can sound like miles apart (like when you are 29 years old, it sounds completely different than 30)?
But yes, I feel like I must be weighing something under 50 now and no, it actually doesn't seem like a problem. In the beginning I said to my sister: 'No way, that's impossible! No way!', but she just keep saying: 'Yes, it has to be. It just has to!' And then I had to laugh and said: 'You know, the last time I weighed like that was when I was 14 or something!' Since then, I haven't grown in length, but added one kilo each year in high school, until I weighed around 53, 54 and stayed around that every since (it could fluctuate with one or two kilos more or less depending on how I ate and if I did sports, one bad period in my life, I even weighed 60, but still wasn't overweight). And now I have the weight of a teenager again. If I see a scale, I'll check it just out of curiosity.
FANTASTIC! Great work :) You must be so happy.
That is so awesome, Lay-Lay! You're an inspiration to me! I'm hoping that the thin, healthy "me" inside the fat will be soon "appearing" too! Congratulations on your continued success!

Just keep it simple and raw!
I enjoy Alissa's angel hair pasta with her marinara sauce
I enjoy my own recipe of: Lay-Lays Fetuchhine and alfredo
Candy balls are awesome
Alissa's Mudslide
Raw icecream
Smoothie
Just plain fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds are my favorite
Sprouting chick peas are my fav.
mason wide mouth jar, put chick seeds/beans in jar with water 3 inches above peas, cover with wedding veil. Soak overnight. rinse. turn on 180 degree angle. rinse morning and evening until they get to the desired size.
If sprouting wheatgrass, buckwheat, sunnies -when they get a tail take a planting flat, fill with good soil. spread sprouts along the top. Lightly water. Place flat in a black bag and place in indirect sunlight for 3 days and then remove from bag and the water and eat when desired.

Once I rinse them, do I just put them in a jar or do I keep water in there? I bought a sprouting jar with a mesh lid.
Have you made sprouted hummus? I used to make hummus w/canned beans and I loved it, hoping sprouted is as good. Someone said that they would taste starchy if not cooked.
