alright, i'm done my 30 days and i'm gonna stay raw forever (hopefully) actually i'm pretty sure i will this time...i don't miss cooked food at all, i actually find the thought of eating it repulsive...yeayyyyyy!!! :) today is the first day that i actually feel great...mentally as well as physically...i feel so alive and vibrant...as if a fog has lifted...i am very excited about this and i'm still gonna stay on this board, too hehe...you guys are all awesome and such a great support system :)

Hey, you give us good feed back too. I am glad you are sticking to it - it is such a wonderful way to be for me and looks like it is going to be my way of life. Congrats on finishing your 30 days , I have 3 more to go and I feel triumph!

It feels wonderful doesn't it? I just reached 30 days too! Yipee!! I've gone raw before but it feels very different this time. My motivation is much deeper and its permanant for me too. Life is a joy!! I love your pic too, it's so cute! Congrats!

Jax, i feel exactly the same way...i was raw b4 too...but this time it feels so much deeper...and i'm not struggling :)

I've been raw before too but fell off the wagon so to speak.
I am about to go raw AGAIN and it gives me
hope that I will make it this time around....plus this time
around I have this board for support.
