I did it!!!!!

My first WHOLE DAY raw ONLY!!!!!!!! Yeah!!! I had a few intense temptations, but instead of a peanut butter and jam sandwich, I had REAL straberries with nuts and it was WAY yummier anyways! Instead of curried chicken and rice for dinner like I craved, I had tomatoes and avacado, and I was FULLY satisfied! Even though I had a major breakdown crying this morning, I made it through ALL raw today..I'll call it........day one, and I feel GREAT!!!!!!

Emotional Detox is as equally as important as well as the physical so Cry those tears and cleanse yourself.

One day Raw is your first step on the journey so stick with it and if you fall a bit just keep going. You are doing great!

Be good to yourself, read read read, ask questions and give yourself the info you need to make the decisions best for YOU!

Oh! and make sure that at first you get enough to eat! Eat what your body needs and it will regulate after it is sure that the nutrition is gonna keep comin! If you short yourself at this point your craving might be worse.
