I must tell you - these past few days I am stank - I said - Ms. DIVA's body is putting out some smells. I know that the meds I received in the hospital are coming out, and probably some old stuff, but I am not used to this.

I am adding chlorophyl to my diet to help with this. I am using castile soap and a wonderful creame that I made for my body, but boy oh, boy - the term, Natural Woman on the range is clearly me about now.

I am pretty happy about it because this means that I am healing and for that I am ready. I talked about it in my journal - ready! But how long to have to smell like a beast that is lifting lumber in clothes he has had on for 24 days. I just put mine on today  HOW LONG

It depends on a lot of different things. Just try using fresh lemon. That is what I have used for some time now. Like they say better out than in lol. Good luck.

At work when clients talk about the crazy things that they are scared "might" come out if they do a cleanse, I tell them just what Georgie (flutterfly) said..."better out than in!" (then I hum the theme from Rawhide! ..."Keep them doggies rollin'...")

Glad to hear that your body is cleaning house!

Cassy :)

The way you wrote your post just cracked me up!

Hopefully after all teh toxins come out of your pours - you won't have the stank!

Hey
what about epson salt baths?

I hear they help pull the toxins out.
