I doubt it!
I say, eat as much fruits and veggies as your body desires

Yes it's possible to eat too much of anything. We all have limits. Some people can eat 20 bananas and some people's bodies cannot.

I've often wondered that. A normal day I'll have 6-8 cups spinach, 1 banana, 1 apple, 2 oranges, about 9 oz carrots, 1/2 a big head of cauliflower, 1/3 cup peas (not in shell), 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1 1/2 cups broccoli, about 1 1/2 cups grapes, 1-2 oz dried fruit, maybe 1/2 a small yellow squash, 2 onions and maybe 8 cloves garlic ;)

And some nuts too. I always feel like "god I'm such a pig, I'm going to get so fat" (I'm a recovering anorexic).

It depends on each person. Each person has their own limits.
