i love making smoothies, they are sooo filling and sooo healthy,
i have been alternating between juicing (atleast twice daily) and smoothies (of course, which i add some of the pulp from the juicer)

this one i did today, soooo good.
brazil milk (or whatever nut milk you prefer)
3 dates (which i don't normally add, but they are soooo tasty!!)
cacao nibs (handful, ground up)
1/2 frozen banana
cinnamon
and then i added.......... 2 tablespoon of peanut butter!!!!

another one i did the other day, was great too
watermelon,
lots of spinach (or kale, can't remember!)
1/2 cucumber
2 dates, strawberries, grapes

did this juiced.......... loved!!
apple, lemon, orange, and plum --- WOW

just thought i would share!! :)
