Have an American Harvest dyhydrator I bought off of ebay.
I searched for a simple granola bar recipe and didnt find one using ingredients i had on hand so kinda made my own.
Put handful of dates( right out of jar), handful of walnuts, flax seeds,
sunflower seeds, blueberries, a banana, juice of half a lemon, and a
squirt of agave syrup into FP and made moosh. I don't have a keflex sheet,
( not really sure what they are) so I used Glad Press n Seel to line it and made moosh bars. Having it set at 100.
Any guesses how it will turn out?

I hope you have better luck than I have with dehydrating. You can get sheets for that kind of dehydrator straight from the company. Or other places online. Here's their website:

The sheets for that kind are called fruit leather or fruit rollup sheets. They are not made of Teflex, but some kind of plastic. They are somewhat flexible, but not very. I've tried three times to make corn chips and failed. One problem I've had with these sheets is getting the food off of them. All three times, it stuck very badly and I had to pry it off with a knife. I hope the plastic you used doesn't melt! Some of it can't take much heat.

Should be able to take the heat then. I've had plastic wrap before that melted and stuck to itself in hot weather. Plastic wrap and I don't get along very well.

the Glad stick n seal was perfect!!! It's still cooking because my goal is to make them a little crunchy, however, after 4 hours of laying flat on it my little bars were glued enough together to peel ( very easily, w/o sticker) from from the paper and are now just on the racks. NO MELTING WHATS SO EVER.\
Will let ya know how they taste.
