I have been reading a lot about raw food vegans and most of the ones I have read about eventually went to a mainly fruit diet (about 80%) which made them feel best. :)

Do you want to gain fat? Or are you comfortable the way you are? You sound totally happy with being raw and selecting the foods you do. LOL I'm confused.

Where was the bodyfat % taken ? A male needs an Essential Bodyfat of approximately 5%, it is required for the body's hormone and immune systems to function properly. Essential fat is stored in the bone marrow, heart, lungs, liver, spleen, kidneys, intestines, muscles and other organs. Are you saying you are 1.7% OVER the essential ?
If you are happy where you are no problem. If not there are numerous posts on ways to gain healthy weight in this forum. Search should result a number of them.
