I have usually have small hives on the under of my lower arm, near my elbows. But they usually do not itch like this. Could they be because I am consuming too many citrus fruits? My mouth usually gets sores and my tougue hurts when I eat too much? I have eaten very few cooked foods in the past week, not 100% yet. Which could be it? I'm betting on citrus fruits. Could it be something else?
Oh and I learned that I'm allergic to kumquats because I suddenly had an asthma attack after eating them. I've had problems with them in the past, but never oranges or clementines/tangerines before. I'm eating maybe 5-10 tangerines a day.

I've found that I react to citrus ONLY if I am eating dairy, so I quit dairy a long time ago, and no allergic reaction to anything now.
also, I'd say just go 100% raw, it's so much easier than even 99%, because there is no le-way, it's easy to just eat raw, if there is no fudging here or there.
it could be exema, as my son had this really bad, it was related to dairy and wheat,
when he quit eating wheat and dairy, no more exema, you may try quitting both of those, if you are still eating them.

I've never gotten hives from food. Only from things in the air and I'm not always certain what it is that I've gotten into. I remember once having a reaction as I entered the door to a store. My mom and grandma were with me and they too got hives. We all had the same reaction at the same time. My dad and brother did not.
Actually now that I think about it, I did get hives once while taking an antibiotic. Not sure if that was an actual allergy or a coincidence but the hospital told me to stop taking them. I'd gone to the hospital because I was having a threatened miscarriage and they were more concerned about the hives than that.
I try to stay out of the woods. I will sometimes get hives in my eyes if I go into the woods. All the pollen in the air, I presume. I was once hit with a branch. That was an accident. My brother in law was trying to pull it back out of the way so we could get down the path, but it slipped out of his hand and whacked me in the eye. Instant hives!
I do react very badly to oranges. I get blisters in my mouth if I try to eat them. Same with pineapple. Lemons, limes and grapefruit do not cause this problem.
Are you sure what you have are not actually bug bites? We've got a bad mosquito problem here at the moment.

This is either detox or the fact that you are still eating some cooked. I would bet that it is probably the latter. If you're 100% raw and done with detoxing, citrus shouldn't cause any problems. I eat lemons, limes, oranges etc. by the dozens and they are great.

I know they aren't mesquito bites because of the way they are raised. Juliebove, once on a trip to Barcelona, Spain for a cruise, we sat by these women also heading for the cruise and we all met up and found out that they had hives like we had. It seemed half of the plane or everyone on the flight got rashes, etc. It was bad.
I will go to 100% raw tomorrow, since I don't eat at night and am about to go to bed. I had a bread and cheese binge the other night, that could be it. I was very stressed with a family emergency. Thanks for info guys!

I used to get hives from something they use to treat hyacinth bulbs with. I was the manager of a garden shop at the time. I could stock any other kinds of bulbs but not those. I tried wearing gloves but that just trapped whatever it was inside the gloves and made it worse. There were some kids who used to hang out there at times and I used to pay them to put the bulbs on the peg hooks for me. They never seemed to get hives from touching them.
