Does anyone have a recipe for flaxseeds where the seeds are soaked and there is no dehydrating involved? I am thinking some kind of burger or filling or salad dressing?
I want to get more flax seeds in my diet...

I soaked mine to use for "pizza" but am curious as well as to what to do with this gel-slimey mess LOL
i put them in green smoothies sometimes..

you could grind them in a coffee grinder and add to pretty much any burger type recipe. I prefer the golden flax but whatever works for you.

Without grinding, they just slide right though...why not grind them for more nutritional value.
Sprinkle on fruit
Add to chopped marinated mushrooms, sprouted quinoa (red is best), and chopped veggies for a salad
Freeze a banana and roll in ground flax
Add to Alissa's mock toona
Add to any casserole type

I always put tons ground up in my green smoothies everyday to act as a broom to sweep out my intestines each day. So many benefits. It's great!
