I started drinking lots of water a few days ago and have severe headache this morning, along with severe eye pain, especially sensitive to light. Is this a normal reaction to have when you first start drinking a lot more water?

Thanks for the help!

Maybe it's cleansing out toxins. What type of water are you drinking?

Well, if you are drinking lots of water, what are you NOT eating or drinking that you were in the past, drinking water certainly helps to clean out the toxins, so do far infra red saunas, anything to get the toxic stuff flushed out of your body, is a good thing,

HOWEVER, you do need to look at what you are no longer doing too.

Like if you used to drink alot of coffee, and you are now drinking water, you will have caffeine headaches, if you were drinking lots of milk and now water, again you will have that detox.

so, what were you eating/drinking before the water that you aren't eating/drinking now???
