sounds marvelous, I bet it would work with Agave' nectar too.
I like to hollow out a watermelon, and add all different types of fruits to it.mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

those sound good!
Candy balls are another easy fingerfood and so are Nori rolls.

Yum, those strawberry sandwiches sound delish! Gonna try that. :)
The watermelon fruit bowl would make a really pretty presentation too.
What are candy balls??

This is not my own but I made this and got good reviews:
Take a cucumber, and peel it partially so it ends up looking like zebra stripes.
Cut 2" pieces across.
In each piece, make a little hollow, like a bowl, with a melon baller, about 1" deep. Make sure not to cut all the way through so it can hold liquid.
In each hollow, fill with gazpacho. The Raw Family books have this recipe, and you can probably find one on www.fromsadtoraw.com
Stand all the little finger sized bowls of gazpacho on a platter and watch them disappear.
People LOVED this.

I hole out the middle of cherry (or grape) tomatoes and fill them with my spicy taco mix. It is a bit of work scraping out the tomatoes but it is so yummy and a great finger food.

I second that. It's funny, because today I made tomatoes with my own tacoburger mix (see picture) and thought about how it would be nice finger food too, when you fill cherry tomatoes and mushrooms! You know what they say, great minds think alike :). For recipe see my blog (http://people.tribe.net/jk/blog/098db529-f4cc-4625-85c9-520a7b20b3de).
