detox bubbles?

hi there - it is my third day of being completely raw and I have had very little discomforting things take place - other than random 1-2 minute headaches, and mild dizziness...BUT, with that said, I am experiencing these random bubbles of air/gas? that gurgle up quick and unexpectadly from deep within. They are for sure not your average garden variety burps - but something different. My question is, has this happened to anyone else? Is it common? Will it pass? I'm not concerned, but more curious.

Added clover sprouts to my last two smoothies yesterday and today. The gas and burps have been non stop!

the sprouts were the only thing different than before.
