trouble dehydrating

I made the BBQ chicken fingers and it didnt work for me. they didnt dehydrate right. I went to take them out and they were crumbly. what am i doing wrong?

I have my first batch of those in the dehydrator right now and will let you know how they come out... some of my stuff has been crumbly too. Did you use the right amount of OJ ? Evidently that's a real important step.

How long did you dehydrate for?

Mine turned out extremely crumbly too....

Anyone have any ideas how to make these things stick?
