I was wondering if there were any food combining foods regarding
vegetables. Can they all be eaten together? Can I mix non-sweet fruits with
them as well, such as bell peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers? Also,
typically what are some vegetables that we can eat raw? I need
to "enhance" my salad recipes so I thought I'd list the ingredients that I am
aware of that can be consumed raw and if anyone knows of more, they can
add on. thanks
greens such as lettuces, kale, collards, mustards.....
tomatoes
bell peppers
onions
avocados
jicama
carrots
eggplant (this can be eaten raw, right?)
corn
mushrooms
courgettes (zucchini, crookneck squash...)
cruciferous vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower)
i cant think of anymore at the moment.
