Hey Rawchicky,
Do you mean those that started raw journey 2 yrs ago (with struggles ) or those that have been 100% raw for two years?
I know Monkeyboy & Levamssg have been raw for over two years. I think even Tglasco too.

I've been raw for close to 2.5 years (with a three-month "hiatus" from 100% raw...but now back on track since March). Did you have questions for me?

I have been off/on raw for 5 years, so I guess I don't quite fit your picture, but I do not take suppliments, although I did try B12 and probiotics and enzymes for a couple weeks just to see, and I couldnt' tell any change.

No, not at this time, and at this point, I don't intend to. I used to. =)

-Been raw for many years..............stopped taking supplements after a couple of years because they made me sick. I'm the strongest and healthiest guy I know.

How and which supplements made you sick? Were they tablets?

RawChicky ... I've been 100% raw vegan for two years --and do not take any supplements. Are you looking for some specific info?

I have been raw about 3.5 years, between 95 and 100%. I do take a B12 supplement after finding out I was B12 deficient a few months ago. Occasionally I take a zinc supplement too.

It absolutely can be done. In fact, 2 of the most successful long term raw fooders that I know of are doing it.
Storm Talifero (www.thegardendiet.com) and
Dr. Doug Graham (www.foodnsport.com).
Both men have been raw fooders for close to 30 years, and neither one feels that you need supplements in order to do it right. Dr. Graham has a fairly extensive FAQ section on his site that addresses this at the surface level. Storm addresses this on his blog as well.
Welcome to the board!

-I used to take a Vegan 1-a-day chewable multi-vitamin. Very natural ingredients. Started to not agree with me though!

Sure: It was a mild vegan children's chewable. I took it for about a year while I was transitioning.
