these multi-vaitamins are organic and natural, looked really good, so I bought some. I was wondering if they were raw? if not, does taking vaitamins count?

I don't believe it's 100% raw or organic. You may get some value out of it though because it's not too bad of a formula. There are better ones out there.

The only one available in regular health stores is Garden of Life's Perfect Food, possibly their multi-vitamin too. There's also Green Vibrance. Not sure if either is 100% raw though, but I think they're pretty close.

The best formulas are available on the internet like Vitamineral Green, Dr. Schulze, etc.
