Have you found the recipe yet? If not I have a hunch that it might be from the book "raw food real world". The recipe is called something like lime tortilla tacos or something. I had the dish at the restaurant "Pure food and wine" and it was to LIVE for! It tasted very "meaty" and filling! I highly recommend it! I have recipe but I don't have my dehydrator so I'm going to wait until fall to make it. Can't wait!
