How long is raw food good for??

So I've been making food like the raw pizza and putting it in tupperware but not refrigerating it, how long is it good for? Same thing with dehydrated chips; is there a set amount of time raw food is good for? Thanks!!! Kelly

It depends on the food, just like with cooked stuff... most prepared foods will last longer if you refrigerate them. Chips, if they're not regaining moisture, should last pretty much indefinitely.

if you are making raw pizza, it'd last not too long,if you are making raw pizza crusts, it can last a long time, especially if you freeze it.

I make lots of crackers ,seal them and have no problem. I plan to make more so I won't have to make any during the fall......
