a little faster - especially if you had a lot to lose and were at a standstill?
A family member is opting to go the way of raw (she told a dietician about my eating lifestayle and the dietician said this was the best and healthiest way a person could ever eat to get healthy and lose weight)
So this family member has been following raw and has about 100 lbs to lose but can't seem to get the weight off. I know it takes time, and I've told her that, but she keeps on wondering if maybe she's eating too much high sugar fruit or too many nuts (she loves bananas and oranges so that's what she eats) and she's a nutaholic...so she eats a ton of those, too.
Anyone else cut out these two things to get the scale moving downward?
