I know our bodies are all different...but I am just curious about what the average weight is for any of you who stand between those two heights (I'm 5 ft and 1/2 an inch tall so this gives me an idea between those two) - even if you're not 100% raw. I'm just curious what your average weight seems to be around just so I can get a general idea for myself, and if I think it's too little, I can say, 'no. this is normal for a raw foodist."

Hi there! I'm 5'1" and I weigh 115. I am only 90% though. When I stick to 100% it takes me almost three weeks to start loosing even a pound! I do not loose weight easily. When I was 100% cooked, I weighed 118. If I eat cooked for more than a couple of days, I gain it all back. But, those three pounds fall off just as quick when I go back to raw. I am muscular built and around 20% body fat. I have excess body fat that I would love to loose. I would love to get under 110. Maybe some day! :p

I am an inch taller and weigh 111lbs at the moment. I went down from about 124 to 108 when I went raw and have now seemed to have settled at 111.

Thanks for all your responses! Last time I checked, I weighed 103 lbs (when I first started doing raw, I weighed 121 lbs) but it looks like I am still losing. I haven't been on a scale in a long time. (that's why I said last time I checked) I just now go by how my clothes fit and how I feel. And they are starting to get loose on me, so I've had to go buy some more before our vacation. I was just trying to find an average so people (well, my parents, really) won't think that I'm too thin. Any of you think that's too thin for my height?

I'm 5'2" and 103 was the best weight I was ever at. So I don't think that you, being an inch or two shorter, would be too thin at that weight.

well, that's a good question! I am curious to see what my weight is like compared to other raw foodists my height. Anyone else out there at 5'3"? I weigh between 118-123. Never seem to be constant at one particular number. I have quite a bit of muscle, however, I have given birth to four children. When I first went raw i lost about 6 pounds. I was happy, but family members said i was too thin. That discouraged me quite a bit. So then I added cooked back into my diet, and added about 4 pounds too. It wasn't the pounds that really made the difference, it was the fact that they were cooked pounds! Does anyone know what I mean? Cooked wieght seemds to be carried differently than raw wieght. Any feedback on this would be great!

I'm 5'1 and weigh about 112 but lately my pants (sz 4) are fitting looser and looser. I don't want to get too skinny though. I am definitly not bony or anything but I just don't want to lose any more.

Maybe "how much weight" is the wrong question because the numbers are apparently manifesting differently for different people. I'm 5'2" and 112 and wearing a size 6 - I've never been able to fit a size 4. (Yes, my scales are calibrated correctly, I've tested them against other scales, including those at two doctor's offices and they're consistent - I have two, one in each bathroom, and one is exactly one pound off, the other is exact.) On my body, 112 looks like I could lose a few. I certainly don't look skinny.

I'm 5'2 and 100 lbs. When I go off raw I go up to 106 or even 107
You sound perfectly within range.

I have always been a thin person, but I know when I was in college eating mostly a cooked food diet. I weighted around 95 lbs. After I got married, we ate more food and I got up to around 103-108 lbs.
That was a lot for me. But since I started eating raw, I dropped back to 95 lbs. However, my weight would fluctuate between 95 and 103 lbs. Because I am not 100% raw.
I feel great at 95lbs. I would just like to keep my weight around the 95 lb mark.
My raw nutritionist friend told me that at 5 ft = 95lbs. Any inch over 5 ft add 4 lbs. (For females)
But as the other girl mentioned before, everyones body is different. I think that if you are eating as healthy as you can. That you will lose the weight if you have any to lose.

Whoa...that's nice to know. I'm 5'6, so I should weight 119, that's far from 145. Guess I have a lot of work to do =) My goal is to get down to 125 or 120. I've been 145 for a long time now (the past7-10yrs) it's going to be a lot of work to get to my goal.

I am 5'2 and I am usually about 95 pounds when I'm hydrated, but I have always been very lean and muscular

I'm 5' and the last time I was weighed, about a month ago, I was 112 pounds. I imagine I'm losing more weight since my clothing are fitting looser. I do remember reading that this does happen. I've always been lean and muscular.

I'm right there with ya LIve free and Rawchicky......
I'm about 5'2 and range between 95-103 depending on how my intake is and if I am going thru detox with fluctuations. The raw sites I have come across, it looks as though those that are 5'0 to 5'3 stay within 95-105.

I've read the general average "rule of thumb" is 100 lbs for 5 ft, and 5 lbs each inch taller.
