I've read (I swear I'm a bookworm!) that these acids are not good for-and should be avoided :rolleyes: - because these hinder the absorption of key vitamins and minerals such as C and calcium and in order to 'neutralize' them you have to cook, steam or ferment them. Has anyone heard of this? Sounds a little quirky to me, but I've read it in SO many reports. Anyone have any knowledge on this subject? Thanks, Rachel
