Hey ladies...

Just got Alissa's book. I haven't been making any raw recipes at all. What are must have ingredients I need to add onto my grocery list? Any online sources would be great?

What is a must for my kitchen? Ingredient wise?

"must haves" will vary from person to person, since not everyone likes the same things :) I find that I NEED bananas and avocados and walnuts :D

Sorry I should have made it clearer. OOPS. I have been raw for almost a year. I eat simple basic meals. NO recipes really. NONE. So what Ingredients things would you recommend I get? Sauces? Spices? That you as a raw foodist who makes alot of recipes uses alot?

I have been eating very basic raw food for a year.

Seek out whichever flavors you know you like... Sauces are very simple, I love making my own salad dressings and dips. Play around with different flavors. If you would have told me that avocado and chocolate created a to-live-for pudding, I would have laughed in your face a few weeks ago... it's all about texture and personal likes :)
