Hi Everyone!
I have been 100% raw for 2 months, and have had a horrible skin rash on my hands for the majority of this time. Way worse than what I occasionally got before going raw. This has cleared up only once over the past 2 months of raw, and that was when I was on an only orange diet for a week. It's not like eczema I used to have, but more like patches of red with tiny little blisters, with fluid in them.... I know, too much info! Sorry! Any suggestions for what I may be allergic to? Or could this be part of detoxing? I thought it might be cashews, but have cut them out of my diet allready. Is anyone allergic to other nuts/seeds/olives/olive oil/dried raisins/dates??? Or anything else?
Any advise will be Greatly appreciated!

I can't say in your particular case, but I can relay something that happened to my step mom before and during her detox stages. It's not that I think this is what you have It is simply the only thing I have heard of about eating and rashes etc...

I'm gonna shorten this as much as I can because it was a 2 year journey for her so here goes...

She started having a rash that showed up on her left side and after getting it checked out they told her it was dermatitus. Well to make a long story short they "medical docs" gave her potions and lotions, steriods etc.... Blah blah bah. She was to the point of complete breakdown. No sleep, no eating it was misery. It spread all over her torso and she was in constant itching agony.
One day a new neighbor walked up to borrow a hammer and after talking for a few minutes he told her of his history of curing himself of cancer, she showed him what the skin looked like and he told her on the spot that she had intestial parasites. This guy was a Medical Doctor that had left his MD behind and now was helping people one on one with serious and terminal illnesses. He told her what to do and how to do it. It was basically 100% Raw with other herbs and such.
He warned her that at first it would be worst before it got better and he was right. In her case she needed to be cleansed as fast as possible so she was instructed how to use an enema bag. She passed everything under the sun including 2 tape worms!
The first month was horrible and then the skin started to dry and crust over. after another month she was itch free!! after that, healing healing healing!!
She recovered 100% Her and my father went on to work with this guy for 2 years and at 65 and 75 they enjoyed the best health of their lives.

Unfortunately the guy that helped so much moved away and they lost contact with him. He moves and travels alot (I guess the medical people and others dont appreciate him helping people to be cured of something by eating right and taking money out of their pockets so he gets alot of flack and stays ahead of them).

Wow I hope that didnt scare or overwhelm you. It could be just a sensitivity but as I have found that you need to be brave and look at all the possibilities. Find a Natural doc if you can :)

So yes. Poop or pee out all that crap. :p Besides enemas, you can also eat some fruits & veggies that have high water content. It helps going to the bathroom faster & easier. :D

Oh, also, try out skin brushing. A lot of detoxing is done through the skin. By skin brushing, you are helping your skin get rid of toxins much more easier. :p
