..and I feel great! NO cravings for fish (my personal cooked/meat craving) after day 2. This time around I really think I was ready for it. I haven't broken out, I'm not depressed or sleepy... I have only lost 1lb but I've been working out and have gained muscle, and I've been eating freely - plenty of nuts, an avocado every day, bananas (4 yesterday!). I got really dizzy late last night, but woke up feeling fine. My eyes are brighter, but not much else has physically changed... yet. :D
I have also been eating more fruit with less bloating and I think it may be because since 2 days ago I cut out dehydrated foods. I think they were making me retain water. I noticed I was drinking a TON of water and not peeing much, and then when I did pee it would be for like 20 minutes straight, ha! One day last week I bloated up like a balloon and weighed 6LBS MORE than I had that morning! I had the longest pee in the night and by morning my weight was back to normal. Crazy!
I've also been eating fruit only with nuts (walnuts, pecans) and that has helped with the brain fog. I've booked a hypoglycemia/diabetes test too...
Anyway, week 2 is underway and I'm pretty excited to see what it brings. :)
