How to store dehydrated food and how long is it good for?

Just in general. I've been making stuff and not sure if it needs to be kept cold and how long it's good for.

I want to make the pecan and carrot burgers for next week.

For me you get a fuller effect is you eat them straight out of the dehydrator cause they are warm. I store extras in the freezer.
