Hi, I am on day 10 of the Master Cleanse and I am just waiting for my juicer to arrive so I can finish up the 14 days with a juice fast.
My question is about my incredibly dry skin. My complexion is olive so my skin is medium but my skin is so dry on my arms and legs that they look white (mostly my legs). A sort of dusty white. My skin is typically like this but I guess I was kind of hoping that with all the things I read about fasting that my skin would get better. I know I could add moisturizer but I was hoping it would repair itself naturally.
I guess what I am asking is, is it normal for my skin to still be this dry after fasting and should I wait until I am off the fast to see if it is improved? Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.
