Welcome to de-tox hon!! :D
If you have Alissa's book, read the chapter about food combining. That may help you. Also, you're getting TONS more fiber this way than through any kind of breads. It might take a little getting used to with your tummy.
Hang in there though and drink lots of water, that might help :)

I swear these is the HALLMARK symptoms of the RAW in ACTION. I'm sorry you feel sooooooooo tired and bloated. It really is frustrating but be MORE FOCUSED on the fact that you are doing something great for you and your body............the begining of "CLEANING HOUSE" :)
Do what feels right.
If you feel less hungry, dont' eat
If you feel tired, then please rest.
Go for a brisk walk and do deep breathing exercises to stimulate the blood flow and energy into those areas of your body that is sloughing off scum.
Massaging is awsome for your whole body!
Love yourself and know that many follow suite in your symptoms. I started my journey 2 years ago but every now and then when I reach another leve l of healing, I have a slight bloated feeling and allow my body to work right thru it...........it's kinda exciting now :p

Will it go back down? Well, a ice cream and chocolate cake will for sure not make it go down BUT with raw, it will go down.....keep in mind that process can vary.
Some helpful tips:
Every monring do some form of blood flowing exercise
Take in adequate water since raw foods have HIGH fiber content.
Deep breathing exercises are so helpful
Rest...........sleeping at decent time
Postive thoughts!

well if that is a major change in your diet then most likely so. Like if your eating that rather then pop tarts, LOL. Please do some research on soy. I look forward to hearing of your transition into raw.

It's detox, it will pass and you will feel sooo much better! I stopped consuming soy products and as Lay Lay said, check out the stuff about it. You'll be shocked. Try nut milks, soak a cup of almonds over night and in another container soak dates. Blend drained almonds and 3 cups of water in a Vita-mix or blender, or food processor (it gets messy in here) with the liquid from the dates and maybe some of the dates (depending if you want it sweet or not so sweet) and strain with an unbleached cheese cloth. I like it the next day. It tastes better than soy milk by far! Oh and check out Raw Food, Raw Nation, it's an amazing book with some good recipes. I have buckwheat crispies in the dehydrator now for cereal!
