I need help with salad dressing. If I am having a salad with high-starch vegetables (like corn, carrots, broccoli, etc), lemon or lime juice or Apple cider vinegar wipes out the enzymes in the mouth needed to begin the digestion process. For those that food combine - what do you use for dressing for starch salads and for salads with nuts in them?

I made one a few days ago with Cashews, water, herbamere and a little olive oil. Would that do. I liked it.

I don't know how well mine food combines, but I LOVE it!

Tomato Pepper Dressing

I use:

2 tomatoes

1 red or orange bell pepper

1/4 a jalepeno

1/2 tsp cayenne

1 tbs of lemon or lime juice

1 tsp or celtic salt, celery salt, or a handful of soaked seaweed

1/2 -2 cups of olive oil (add in slowly and use less for a thick dressing and more for thinner dressing)

Add everything into the blender escept the olive oil, put on high and slowly add in olive oil.

I LOVE THIS DRESSING! YUMMY!
