I'm trying to analyze my daily intake in fitday. Does anyone know how many calories are in some greens like:
-carrot top greens
-Mint greens
-fennel greens
I'm having a hard time finding any nutritional info on any of them.

It takes more caloric energy for you to process (digest from chewing to assimilation) than is available in most non starchy vegatables, tender green leaves being the least efficient at supplying a caloric net gain. Maybe you can write like -5 per 100 grams or something?

Caloric intake doesn't take energy expended while digesting into account. That energy spent is considered in one's resting metabolism.

Yes, that is of course true, I was almost gonna put a smiley face on my answer cause counting those kinds of foods as caloric additions seems oxymoronic.

Heh, I s'pose... but when you eat a lot of greens, it's good to count them in.
