Hi! I just finished making the Banana Cream Pie recipe from Alissa's book, I just had one question.

Is the filling going to become a little more solid as it sits in the fridge? When I poured it into the prepared crust, it was really liquidy. :) I'm hoping it will turn out okay.

I added some coconut butter/oil to the filling mix and it firmed up nicely after it had been in the fridge for a while.

That's a good idea. I put the pie in the freezer for a couple hours before serving, it turned out really good! Thanks for the tip, coconut butter would be a really yummy addition.
