Does anyone have any good recipes?
I've tried Alissa's watermelon/mango soup which was pretty good, any other great ideas?
Thanks!

If you have access to Juliano's book, "Raw", there is a great recipe for spicy fruit soup. Also I made a watermelon soup the other day, here is the recipe...
4c. watermelon, cuded
1 cucumber
1c. red onion
1 jalepeno
2T. rice vinegar (apple cider works)
2T. lime juice (I did more, I love lime :) )
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. cilantro
I seeded the jalepeno, but to me it needed more umph! Next time I will throw the seeds in or add more jalepeno.
I took this to a birthday party, it was a hit. Very cool and refreshing. I love sweet and spicy teamed together.
enjoy~

Well, Rachel, I guess great minds think alike. I love ths soup! I took a level 1 class and when I heard the name of this soup, I had to try to keep an open mind, and I'm so glad I did! I"m waiting for the rest of my mangoes to ripen so I can make more of this.
I wish Alissa would come up with another cook book, too!!!
