Just wanted to share that I've finally am gonna try to aim for 100% raw. I just got back from a raw vegan detox yesterday for 10 days. B4 that I was still having fish and cooked food.
I have to say that after the 10 days, my skin had the glow and I felt a lot calmer. Not sure if it was the retreat itself or the raw foods. But regardless, last night I was really craving for a boiled egg(my favorite) and I ate it, then a minute later, I felt like my body was rejecting it. It didn't last too long but I was very intrigued by this. I guess my body just got so use to eating raw that cooked food just didn't feel right.
So now I've decided to just stay on the path and try to eat raw. I want to have more energy and I want to live life to the fullest...and to eliminate eyebags..hehe.
