is nama shoyu raw or not. i consider myself high raw rather than 100% cause i use nama shoyu

Nama shoyu


Name means raw
and shoyu means soy

so Nama shoyu means raw soy

the main reason that raw foodists don't use it much is because of the natural occuring MSG's, but yes, it is raw.
