Each time I make almond milk, I have a ton of leftover in my nut/sprout bag-Anyone know any good stuff to make out of it? I feel like its just going to waste. Also, I know that sesame milk has alot of calcium in it, but I don't like the taste. Does anyone know if almond milk has calcium??

You can dehydrate the almond meal to use as flour. Actually come to think of it, I made an almond cookie once with the leftover almond meal, some honey, dates, raisins or currants -- something of that sort. You could probably do a search. I know I posted the ingredients on this site. It was quite yummy, IMO.
