my typical day is mostly just fruits, green or fruit smoothies, salad, lettuce wraps, sometimes raw corn chips, an occasional raw desert, you get the idea. just mostly simple raw foods.

My breakfast is usually pumpkin seeds. I had those and some strawberries this morning because my blood sugar was a little low. I have diabetes. I often have salads or raw veggies for lunch and dinner. Sometimes I have spouts. I've been trying things in the dehydrator. So far I've not produced much of anything I consider edible. I also eat nuts between meals on occasion or on my salads. I eat very little fruit.

my almost daily routine

breakfast:
ginseng tea
1 cup of fruit
lately:
coconut
cherries

lunch:
2 to 3 cups of fruit
usually mango
pineapple
coconut
cherries
raspberries
about 1/2 cup of each

snack:
1 cup of fruit
cherries
raspberries

dinner:
some kind of heavier foods
either rawviolies
2 with marinara sauce
or a pizza slice
or a burger patty and onion bread

or I might have an almond milk shake

snack:
more fruit
usually cherries or
raspberries

so it is usually 1 cup of herbal tea, about 6 cups of fruit, and one burger patty or 2 raviolies or 1 slice pizza, pretty much thats it lately

Mine is:

Breakfast 6.15 am

Green smoothie (banana/apple/honey/lemon/ginger/avocado/spinach)

Mid morning

Fruit e.g. a banana or a peach

Lunch (I take mine to work having prepared it at home)

Happy Cow BBQ burgers (recipe therawtable.com)

or Alissa's swiss cheese

portion of salad (greens, onions, corn, tomatoes usually) with a dressing

or just a big salad

Dinner

Alissa's pesto mushrooms

or Alissa's carrot & pecan burgers

or veggie pasta with marinara sauce

plus salad veggies with a dressing

PLUS occasionally a pudding, currently getting through Alissa's blueberry cheesecake!!

Just some examples - usually vary things so I don't eat too many nuts in a day.

For breakfast/lunch, I eat 15-20 bananas. (After I exercise for about 2 hours)
For dinner, I eat a huge salad without dressing. No recipes, no dehydrators, no sprouting. Nice and simple!

fresh fruit all day long...followed by a salad in the evening that includes avocados and nuts in it...I believe in simplicity.

all raw, eating well day....

green lemonade(celery or cucumber, lemons, apple, one handful of darker greens, apple)

nut cereal with berries and almond milk

veggie roll-ups(cabbage leaf dehydrate for about 10 mins, stuffed with whatever veggies I have in the house)with a sweet oninon sauce I adapted to raw
onion crackers or flax crackers

salad(found some great ideas in ther raw gourmet, tired of mixed greens) lots with crackers or some more roll ups.....raw dessert

I have problems with sugar metabolism so I do not eat a lot of fruit. When I was eating cooked food I did much better on a lower glycemic food plan, so I have adapted to with my raw lifestyle as well

Still learning myself!

Breakfast;

1/2 melon or
Bowl of fruit or
Smoothie or
NOTHING :) <----- Water or Sun Tea till im hungry

Lunch:

If I had nothing for Breakfast I eat Fruit for lunch
I search out the veggies that need using and I eat them so I keep the spoil factor down. Goodness knows I used to be a professional food rotter in my pre RAW days but I can't bare that now nor can I afford it!

Dinner:

Salad <--- that could mean 1000 different things :)
Guacamole with Flax Crackers
Tomato soup with Avacado bits
Marinated Mushrooms over Zucchini
Or Total fruit dinner especially with BANANAS Yum!
(I leave bananas till dinner cuz they make me SOOO sleepy)
