Brambles are the woody windy stems that berries grow on - like blackberries and raspberries.
Bananas don't grow in the wilds of England :) - I WISH!!!
The sort I used to run through in shorts as a kid and get all scratched up then be put in a bath with disinfectant in OUCH!!!!
Following your greens advice -- eating but not tasting them -- I added some spinach to my smoothie this morning and it was delicious. SO good that I have to share the recipe:
2 ripe bananas
approx. 1 cup water
2 dates
approx. 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla
Blend together then add:
2 large handfuls of spinach
Blend, then add:
A few handfuls of frozen strawberries
Kind of green brown but it is delicious! It tastes a lot like vanilla Spiroteen -- for those of you who have tried it. YUM!
