I am having WAY too much flax. Not good for the digestive system. Whoa! I made the Onion Bread and LOVED it. Too much, it seems. The combo of flax, sf seeds and nama shoyu is wreaking havoc here. I want to make some basic crackers that are just plain crackers. No sweet or savory flavors, no herbs, no flax. Can someone post a recipe for a good, crisp, plain cracker? I have some rice sprouting. Is there a recipe for a rice cracker?

Same with burgers-is there a good one without a flax base?

I love flax, have it in various forms every day, as well as flax seed oil, but I think I have enough without it being in so many of the recipes. I also want to get away from a slimy tooth-sticking feeling I get with some of these.

I'm sorry I am not of any help, but I was just thinking you could probably make a rice burger or cracker. I have never had rice raw...so i don't have any experience with it...but you could probably make a rice/veggie burger and use a similar thing just thinner for crackers.
Also, you could probably make a cracker with just blended veggies spread thin and dehydrated. Or for a really plain cracker use blended sprouted grains?
