My friend Miriam makes the one from Raw Food Real World all the time!!! Her family loves it! Haven't made any myself.

I made one from Raw Food Primer. Its been some time ago, but seems they were good. I got the book from the library or I would share the recipe with you. I saw a recipe for a cooked Thai coconut pancake that I want to replicate raw.
best of luck~

:) I love pancakes and have strawberries i could make the pancakes for breakfast tomorrow with strawberries. If it's not too much trouble could you share the recipe with us.
Thanks so much for taking the time to make a former pancake lover happy.

I found this recipe while surfing the net today. I haven't tried it but thought I would pass it on.
Brazil Nut Pancakes
Recipe by Chef Joseph Custer from www.ksirrawfoods.com

Pour onto teflex sheets, small rounds about ¼ inch thick and place in dehydrator. Dehydrate at 100 degrees for 12 hours. Then remove from teflex sheet, turn over and dehydrate for two more hours.
Syrups:

i have a bunch of left over brazil nut pulp from when i made milk, would this suffice instead of the who nuts? it seems like it would since they get blended anyways....
