I thought the chocolate cake and banana cream pie in Alissa's book couldn't be beaten but this cheesecake is DIVINE! The only thing I changed was to add a bit of coconut butter to the filling as it looked a bit runny and I wanted to be able to cut firm slices.
My meat-eating, carb-crunching husband had some and was raving over it. I'm just in cheesecake heaven....
To have something that tastes this good with no dairy and no mucus-inducing ingredients is a luxury.
I think I would have found it hard to stay raw if I hadn't found Alissa's book!
