Lunch Box Recepies

I would appreciate any menu plans for lunch boxes my kids are kind of getting bored of the cucumber, apple, jicama, sliced carrot, mango lunches everyday.
I would appreciate any creative ideas. Also if anyone knows where i can buy cutters to make shapes out of carrots,spinach, and other fruits and veggies.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciate it
