I haven't tried anything yet, but I was thinking...I bet we could come up with some great raw pancakes using buckwheat! Maybe soaked buckwheat with a little honey or blended dates or something and banana or something like that blended up and formed into pancake shaped things things that are a little thicker so they stay moist inside and then warmed in dehydrator? We could make blueberry, strawberry, whatever. Growing up I used to eat apple sauce on my pancakes, I hated syrup on them. So you could eat with raw applesauce or make a syrup with dates or dates and blueberries, or dark agave, whatever. any one tried anything like this? I never really make recipes...but this one might be simple and fun
