Looking around on e-bay I saw this item. Thought it was pretty cool, but looks like they don't make it anymore as I can't find it new. Thought some of you nut butter makers may want to check it out. It has 5 days left.

It may be wise to ask the seller if it heats up the butter much.

I bought this from ebay (it isn't made any more), and the instructions say not to use it with raw nuts or seeds. I have varied success with raw sesame seeds and flax seeds, but almonds don't ever seem to work, even if I add a little oil (which you're also not supposed to do). Any suggestions would be welcome.

Maybe you can try it with soaked and semi-dried almonds so they are still a little soft.
