Haha! that's so funny! I just taught a Raw Indian class at my work! We did samosas, green curry vegetables with coconut rice, dosas with garam masala mushrooms, and mango spice pudding with cardamom kulfi!

We have 2 Indian bread recipes--papadoms and dosas!
All the recipes are at work, but I'll get them on Monday!

Thanks that would be great..I kinda just threw some ingredients together for a flat bread..we will see how it turns out,lol...but an indian inspired meal would be great!

Yay! I'm so excited!!!! We're adopting a little girl from India, and we wanted to throw a party when we get her picture... which we're counting down the days for. This will be perfect! I didn't like the idea of not eating the food at a party celebrating our daughter. I can't wait to try making some things next week! THANK YOU!
