hello, I'm a vegan (due to animal/ethical reasons :) ), and I've decided to try to eat all/most of my foods raw. I need some help, support, ideas. I'm getting married in september, and my husband is such a carnivor! it's kinda hard to try and eat like this, he luvs to make me food ;) (he's a sushi cheif), and wants me to eat alot cuz he thinks I'm to small. We plan on having a baby soon, but I'm kinda worried, I'm not shur what to eat while I'm pregnant, and what to feed our little bundle of joy. anyhelp? Thankx so much for reading my thread. :D

Finding Me

Hi there.

Jingee ( www.thegardendiet.com ) went through Raw pregnancies herself. They offer books, reading, her journal and such on their website. I have ordered these and have found them very useful. Plus, their books are e-books, so you don't have to wait for them in the mail. :)

If you need general info on Raw, then I would ordered Alissa's book. (the owner of this site) It really breaks down on how to transition over to Raw.

You can also get a bunch of info just from this site. You can read through all the messages, and if you want to search for something specifically just hit the search button (the banana up top) and enter in what you are looking for. It will bring up messages that have that in it.

Hope this helps! Best of luck in your Raw Journey!!

Welcome!

This query comes up often! I am glad you asked. Well done on starting this journey and considering it for your new addition!

I personally have done many posts for kids as mine are 2 & 6 (but not pregnancy) so click on my "EachpeachPearPlum" next to my "picture" and click on "profile" then on "all Threads" this will lead you to all the items I have written.

Also I cannot recommend enough wheat I did when i first joined and that is to go to "last page" and start reading all the threads. I gleemed sooooo much info from doing this including stuff I didnt realise I wanted to know!!!

Both my kids are high raw and my son has been 100% since birth!

Finding Me's info on The Garden Diet is fantastic too.

All the best
