View Full Version : Deluxe raw pizza crust

I made Alissa's raw pizza this weekend, and I followed the directions for the Deluxe crust exactly. BUT, there wasn't enough dough to make a circle in my American Harvest dehydrator! I would have had to triple (or maybe even quadruple) the recipe to get it to fill the tray. Did I do something wrong? It smells, looks and tastes wonderful. And the there was plenty "cheese" and tomato sauce. :confused:

I've never made the "deluxe" but have made the easiest and I have the Am. Harvest model too. My guess is that perhaps you didn't spread it thin enough?
Okay, looking at the recipes, I can see the amount being smaller than the other two (1/2 c. of each grain for the gourmet crust equalling 1 cup as opposed to 2 cups of grain or seed in the other recipes). Perhaps doubling next time would prove to be enough.
