I'm looking to whip up some "secret formulas" for things like the pre-race dinner, pre-race breakfast, during race sustanance and recovery.
Pre-race dinner has to be something that isn't going to leave bulk to deal with during the race, same for breakfast. Something to replace the traditional pasta dinner.
I've got some ideas, like coconut water and bananas for pre-race and during.
But you know how some companies have those specialty concoctions? I'm no chemist, but since I'm organizing a group of raw marathoners to run the Chicago in October, I think it'd be good to do some research to come up with our own specialty stuff.
Here's one example... someone I run with swears by this stuff: http://69.94.64.50/enduroxr4.com/index_ntscp.html What raw foods/juices can I combine to acheive the same results?
If anyone's done any research and come up with their own system that works well, please share it!
