I wish I could find some raw packaged foods locally. I can't find anything at Whole Foods.

I tried the website also and links are not up. Maybe just share the texture and ingredients and we can duplicate it with our many creative and RAW minds. I love a challenge!

I do make a tortilla that is soaked whole Golden Flax seeds-Some ground flax meal (grind before soaking), Soaked Sunflower seeds- Jalapeno peppers, cumin, Fresh crushed Garlic, cilantro, lime and sea salt- YUMMY! Using the Golden Flax seeds make it more similar in appearance- I fill them with avocado and Fresh Corn Pico De Gallo(Corn, tomato, garlic, onion, cilantro, jalapeno)

Also I have made Lemon- Dill very yummy with Mock Chicken Salad! And Garlic -Italian Herb blend and use as a base for bruschetta!!!!!!!!!!!! My family devoured these!!!
This has made me have a craving for these- gotta run whip up a few batches!

Much LOVE to everyone! :D

Blessed,
The Mock Chicken Salad is from www.therawtable.com !!! She has her recipes listed and there are some fabulous ones!!! For the Lemon Dill wrap I use the above base recipe for the tortilla- but, instead of the cumin and peppers I use fresh dill and lemon with garlic!!!! - It is quite yummy :D

WYJOZ,

I think I have all of the ingredients except for the Irish Moss???? What might this be? Has anyone heard of this and is it actually moss? hmm.........!

the Irish Moss: type in search and read the write up. I purchased seome from Elaina Love and it is a sea 'gelatine' like substance. you soak it and then rinse it and use it as a thickener. I read somewhere that some use it to whip up 'whipped cream' Irish Moss: 1 lb. - $14.00 Qty:

check this link; she has a pie picture and a jar of Irish Moss:
