I have to say it is not easy being raw. I get so many conflicting information. I've been 60% raw for three months and after going on a 10 detox on only raw foods, I am concerned that I might not be doing it right. I just don't want to become deficient in certain nutrients. Anyone else worried? I really want to go 100% raw and I certainly have the discipline, but then I hear from people that not everyone's body type can be vegetarians. I've even heard some people tell me to check my blood? B/c certain blood types like O should not be vegetarians.

I used to think that way too (about being deficient in different nutrients) but then I realized that the more raw fruits and veggies you eat, the more nutrients you are getting. I wouldn't worry about that, especially not in the beginning. Just make the commitment to go 100% raw and see how you feel. You can always take a blood test in the future if you are still concerned about missing nutrients.

go by what your body feels. If your body feels good on more raw, then eat more and if it don't then just eating at a level that is comfortable to you and if your body lets you know it wants more then step it up.
Nutrition- I know I am getting mine. If I wasn't I wouldn't feel sooooooo good! This lifestyle is so awesome.
I have studied up on the blood type eating and that is very interesting. If you are comfortable on raw, eat raw. I am not O so I won't try to know what I am talking about when speaking of o's though.
I am a A and mine saids eat mostly vegetables and fruits with very little meat or none at all. I am all for that, LOL!

Yo AZ,
I've been raw since Jan. of 2004.
My blood is clean and vibrant.
My doctor and his staff are amazed.
I'm raw.
I take in more vitamins and minerals from raw foods than ever.
Energy, stamina, and plenty of looks from the ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stick with it.
Go 100% raw and you will reach another level of being.
I promise.
Peace,
M.B.
