Where to find collard warp & nori roll recipes?

Do you have Alissa's book? I know there are really great recipes there. I love the collard wrap recipe (I've also experimented with putting other veggies with guacamole and they also come out really yummy!) but haven't made the nori rolls yet.

Yes, Spicyfull's suggestion of Matthew Kenny and Sarma Melngallis' Book is a good one. I have gotten so many delicious recipes from that book and it's so elegant. Definitely one to have on your bookshelf.
